My services for your commissioned drawing

  • The drawing is made by me on high-quality artist paper from Hahnemühle or Fabriano, which is light- and age-resistant.
  • You can choose the size of your drawing individually.
  • You will receive regular photo updates or videos of the progress of your drawing via WhatsApp or email.
  • The completion will be done on your desired date.
  • For each drawing, you will receive a hand-signed certificate of authenticity.

The prices are only intended as a guide and may vary depending on the type and scope of the drawing. After all, each drawing is a unique work of art.

Only after you have sent me your photos and after our personal conversation or email, can I submit a binding offer to you. I look forward to creating a distinctive work of art together with you!

Payment is made in two installments: you pay an advance of 30%, and the remaining 70% is paid upon completion of production. Shipping takes place after receipt of the remaining amount.

You will receive an invoice, which can be paid by bank transfer, PayPal, credit card, giropay, or Sofortüberweisung.

Free shipping within Germany. For shipments within the EU, I charge 19 € (approx. $22 USD / £16 GBP). Other countries on request.

Frequently asked questions

  • What is the order process?

    Send me photos - by email, WhatsApp, or mail. Even old, damaged photos are not a problem. After that, we will discuss your photo selection and details.

    You will receive a non-binding offer. To commission me, you pay 30%. After that, I will start with your drawing.

    You will transfer the remaining fee after receiving the invoice within 7 days. After payment is received, your drawing will be shipped.

  • Which photos should I choose?

    Please send me photos that have special meaning to you and that you have emotional memories attached to. If you are unsure which photos are best suited, I will be happy to advise you and help you with the selection. However, please note that I do not draw passport or application photos, unless they are old family photos. The quality of the images is not decisive as long as the subject is clearly recognizable.

  • Can multiple photos be combined?

    Yes, if you want multiple subjects on one drawing, I can combine them from different photos. We can discuss whether the photos fit together due to the different lighting situations during the selection.

  • How long does it take to receive my drawing?

    Naturally, I work through all orders in sequence. Generally, it takes me about 2-4 weeks to complete a drawing.

  • Are rush orders or specific delivery dates possible?

    If you have a specific delivery date in mind or require a rush order, please let me know. We can arrange this for a small additional fee.

  • What kind of paper are the drawings made on?

    I use only high-quality Bristol paper with a minimum weight of 180g/m² and a fine texture for my drawings. This includes papers from renowned manufacturers such as Canson, Fabriano, Strathmore, and Hahnenmühle. Each paper has its individual white tone, ranging from warm natural white to pure white. By selecting the right paper, I can ensure that your drawing is not only detailed and precise but also aesthetically appealing.

  • What payment options are available?

    I am happy to offer you various payment options. You can choose between bank transfer or online payments with PayPal and credit card. Please note that cash payments are unfortunately not possible.

  • Where and how long will my photos be stored?

    I take great care to protect your images and only store them locally until your order is completed. After that, they will be promptly deleted and not archived. I will of course send you the originals back together with your drawing. So you can rest assured that your images are in good hands and I will handle them with the utmost discretion and care.
